Pastor Scott has been our lead pastor since July 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from his early ministry days in the 1980s at Valley Baptist Church in Bakersfield, California, were he was Licensed for ministry. He graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1998 and began his first pastorate shortly after with Red Hills Southern Baptist Church in Enoch Utah, where he was ordained. With a unique background as a building designer, Pastor Scott's true passion lies in ministry. He is dedicated to fostering growth in churches, focusing on evangelism, discipleship, and strengthening families and community ties. Outside of his pastoral duties, he enjoys the outdoors and takes any opportunity to go camping.
